February 2009 - Griff Paper and Film adds capacity to its custom lamination business sector

When GPF increased its capacity of the custom lamination business sector in February 2009... "We had to add equipment and space to keep up with existing business and prepare for future growth. Our strategy to continue existing market share business and develop our new product lines has made it inevitably clear for us to expand into our new facility to serve existing and potential customers worldwide" says Todd Phinn (VP Operations). GPF has added to its capability with the latest solventless laminating and slitting equipment. If you are looking for a custom specialty lamination or need help in developing a product, GPF has the experience, equipment, testing laboratory and facilities to get the exact product specification you need.

November 2005 - 101 Lower Morrisville Road

Griff Paper and Film acquires a new building in Bucks County Pennsylvania. The building is over 60,000 sq feet and will be used for adding to their current processing capabilities while also providing additional warehousing logistics. “This acquisition coupled with our 90,000 sq ft purchase in 2001 fits perfectly in line with our strategy to expand operations locally because of the geographical advantages of this area. This area provides quick access to the major arteries and ports of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and New York." says Robert Phinn (VP Finance).

July 2005 - Green initiative

Griff Paper and Film is dedicated to reducing waste by recycling and lessening the company's carbon footprint. As a specialty supplier of paper and film substrates, GPF has been an efficient recycler of its own waste for years. "GPF's experience and efficiency in recycling made our decision to solicit our customers easy. We offered them our services to help them reduce their waste streams and it has been received enthusiastically and is developing into great symbiotic relationships. For example, we helped one of our customers from dumping 1,400,000 lbs of coated film into a local landfill." says Paul Magee (Recycling Team Leader).
