HDPE products are produced through a process known for its comonomer distribution control, which includes the ability to control the polymerization reactors independently in order to achieve extrudability, strength, and durability. Our films include many types of coatings, such as silicone, adhesive, premask, corona, print treatments, etc. for labels, printing, and protective purposes. This high tempature thermoplastic is used in an array of applications including plastic bags, Geothermal heat transfer piping systems, landfill liners. The largest use now for HDPE is recycling it, turning it into a Wood-plastic composite HDPE properties will have a density of greater or equal to 0.941 g/cc.
